Our herbal products are meant either for ingestion use. Like prescription pharmaceuticals, we cannot accept previously opened, refused or unclaimed shipments for refund. This is because we have lost the chain of custody of the parcel and the product may have been damaged in transit or someone may have tampered with the contents. Therefore, under these conditions, there can be no refunds.

If a product has arrived damaged or if you suspect it has been tampered with please advise the courier immediately and contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization. We will replace lost, damaged or defective products upon written notice.

Please do NOT refuse shipments or return them to the shipping location. Unclaimed or refused shipments will be held for 30 days pending a change ship order from you after which they will be destroyed. No refunds will be issued.

We will issue refunds under our existing warranty policy (see below) where someone has used the product and the product has failed to perform as warranted. To implement a warranty claim, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Care center by email:-

If making a warranty claim, You may be required to complete a written questionnaire about your usage of the product and/or be interviewed (by phone) with our staff to determine what problem may have occurred. If remedial assistance is not successful then we will process an application for refund. Refunds normally process in 7-10 working days.

If you regret your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt date in the original condition.

  •     All returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached.
  •     Final sale or promotional items will not be accepted for return.
  •     Due to safety reasons, opened products with broken seals are final sale items and will not be accepted for return or refund.
  •     We regret that our distribution center will not accept returns of items purchased in stores carrying our brands.
  •     We regret that it is not possible to exchange items purchased at ISOMIST.COM If you wish to exchange, you need to return the item(s) in their original condition for a refund and place a new order.
  •     Shipping fees are non-refundable.



1- Make a copy of your original invoice and indicate the reason code for your return in the appropriate space.

2- Place the item and filled-in invoice in your return parcel. You may reuse the packaging that your purchase was delivered in.

Please be sure to apply sufficient postage to ensure delivery of your return package. We encourage the use of a traceable shipping method for your return as we are not responsible for lost parcels. We do not accept COD or collect deliveries.

We will do our utmost to process your return within 10 days.

As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the same source of funds that was used to make the purchase the original order.
